Goals could be so much more fun if we just let them. We take goals way too seriously and then beat ourselves up when we forget them, lose them, avoid them and don't do them at all. I've had to redo my whole experience and relationship with Goal Setting again. Mine was so corrupt with old beliefs and attitudes about "failure" or "it's a waste of time" or "I'm not good at it" or "it will never work" or "Goals don't work for me"...actually that's a belief system a client told me recently.
